ServiceIQ Online Platform

  • Client: ServiceIQ
  • Role: User Interface Design

Project overview: In 2015 ServiceIQ decided to move all of their business processes, products and services to a self-service online platform, which is going to be a NZ first for a New Zealand ITO. This has been a great project that needed to be completed in an agile environment, with some very tight deadlines. My role was to work with both internal and external clients and developers while designing and developing the look and feel of the platform. I designed a responsive ServiceIQ bootstrap user interface and developed templates for the design team. I also ran training sessions with other designers to help get everyone up to a similar web design skill level, to ensure design consistency and better productivity. The platform is due to go live at the end of March 2016, so be sure to check it out here after that date: ServiceIQ
