ServiceIQ eTAG website

  • Client: ServiceIQ
  • Role: Graphic Designer

Project overview: The ServiceIQ Workplace eTAG website was created to reduce paper training agreements (TAGs) and to speed up the processing for these forms. Workplace’s who engage with ServiceIQ are set up with an account that allows them to send TAGs out to employees via email or text for them to complete. Once completed it is then sent to ServiceIQ to be imported into their Customer Relations Management Database.

About the design: The site was built by OA systems using ADX studio and bootstrap. I was given the task of branding the existing wireframe and structure to make it look like a product of ServiceIQ’s. There was only a small budget for the design side of this project and a tight deadline. To achieve a good look and feel for the site, while meeting this budget and time frame, I followed our brand guidelines and kept it clean and simple. Although I was only to do the design and look and feel of the site, I did make some suggested usability changes that were taken on board and implemented.
